I am a Master Certified Wedding & Event Planner through the Certified Wedding Planner Society. I studied Business Administration and Event Management in college. I worked with wedding planners throughout college and for 3 years after graduation. I started EOE, my life-long dream, in February of 2022. I love working with couples who want a wedding that is a perfect reflection of their love and relationship. I know how stressful and overwhelming planning a wedding can be and will do everything possible to take all of the stress off of you, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your engagement and wedding.

  • Why do I need a wedding planner? A wedding planner is crucial in ensuring that the special day you have spent so much time, energy, and money on, goes off without a hitch.

  • Can a wedding planner really save me money? Yes! Wedding planning can be incredibly overwhelming because of all of the endless options. We will work with you to ensure we stay in your budget and help you find the vendors who best fit your style and budget. We will also be honest about what services and items you do and do not need for your wedding.

  • What types of weddings do you plan? We have experience with many cultures and religions. We plan the wedding that YOUniquely expresses you and your partner.

  • My venue already has an onsite coordinator. How are they different than a planner? A venue coordinator is wonderful and so helpful for all venue logistics. However, they will not coordinate the wedding timeline or vendors.

  • Do you receive "kick-backs" from wedding professionals? No, we don't receive any kick-backs or benefits from recommending certain vendors. All of the vendors we work with and recommend, we do so because we trust them to make your wedding day amazing. If vendors provide any discounts, we pass those on to our clients.

  • Do you take credit cards? We do take credit cards however there will be a 2% fee for credit card payments. Payments through checks & ACH have no additional fees.

  • Do you charge for the initial consultation? No, your initial consultation is complimentary. Book yours here!

  • How do you dress for my wedding? We will dress in all black professional attire.

  • Why is it important that I hire a Certified planner? Anyone can start a wedding planning company and claim to have all of the knowledge to execute a successful event. We believe it is important for you to hire someone who you know you can trust, who not only has extensive experience but also education about all of the ins and outs of the industry and everything that is required to ensure you have a beautiful wedding. Someone who cares about investing in their career enough to get certified, is guaranteed to care about you and your wedding.

"I thought I was organized and on top of things, but then I had Erika coordinate my wedding! I got married in New York City in June 2023 and opted to plan the big parts (venues, menu, specialty things my fiancé and I wanted like musicians and our getaway car), but I couldn't have pulled it off without Erika. She was there to remind me of the little things that often get overlooked like syncing up with vendors prior and during the wedding day, setting up the tables at the reception, and acting as emcee at said reception. She made sure no rock was unturned in terms of anything we may have wanted. All in all, my wedding - which was a "destination" wedding for around 90% of guests and brings its own unique set of worries - was a smooth sailing success thanks to Erika's coordination and communication skills. She was ultra clear in emails and calls and was thoroughly wonderful to work with start to finish. PS: Her husband, Hunter, took photos for our reception and did a beautiful job! He knew exactly how to pose us to capture those glowy, in-the-moment shots and shared in our excitement all throughout. I would totally recommend them as a package dynamic duo if you're also looking for a great photographer."
